Was Zelmo mostly an NBA star or an ABA star?
Most of his games and minutes were NBA; but his one championship, both of his all-league appearances, and 3 of his 5 allstar nods were ABA.

Of players not in the Hall of Fame but eligible, Beaty ranks 34rd in equivalent (ABA and pace adjusted) points scored, and 21st in equiv. rebounds.
Just 8 of these had more of each (Pts and Reb); and of these, only George McGinnis got them in fewer games.

McGinnis had a similar NBA/ABA split in his career, with a greater peak than Beaty had. He may well be the next "ABA" HOF entry.
