The average score in an NBA game this season is 100.8 points. That's the highest per game avg since 1995, the first of 3 seasons with a shortened 3-point arc.
The league's .360 accuracy from 3-pt range is the 3rd best of all time, not counting those 3 short-arc years.
Teams avg more (21.4) 3-attempts than ever. This frequency has increased every year since 1981 -- other than 1998 when the current length was re-established.

Just over 1/4 of all FGA are 3's.
Overall (effective) eFG% is .500, just the 3rd time ever that mark has been reached ( also 2009 and 2010).

League FT% is .756, which just makes the top 20 in 68 seasons (since 1947 BAA).
Turnover percent -- the % of possessions which are TO -- is among the 8 best (lowest) in 41 years since TO have been recorded.
Offensive rebound % is the lowest ever, at .256 -- this after 7 years in the .265-.271 range.

Offensive Rating -- points per 100 possessions -- is 106.4 : Best of the last 3 seasons and 20th all-time.
FTA (and fouls) per game are up from the last 2 years, as well; but still low by historic standards.
Possessions per game are at 94.0 . This is the quickest Pace we've seen since the 1993-94 season.
36% of all statistics are wrong
