Note that the Basketball Times is apparently not considered one of the top sources for All-Americans since it is not included as one of the sources the NCAA uses when determining All-American lists or included in other lists, such as in Mike Douchant's book on College Basketball.
Otherwise, one could use those lists and back out the teams from a particular service (ie AP, USBWA etc.) if necessary.
