Does this rookie class performance seem to anyone else to be abnormally bad so far? I did a quick look using the B-R play index and found that from 05-06 to 13-14, the weighted average PER for all rookies ranged from 11.2 to 13.8 and weighted average BPM -2.3 to -1.4. Have you posted an explanation anywhere of how your metric is calculated or what the general theory behind it is?
