Everyone sees the overall average stats. Some might see various splits and player tracking data. There is no public adjusted plus minus for college. It was been talk about. Short of that, what clues could you look for to guess on this topic? Raw team on and on /off data. Team SRS compared to recent average for the team. Assists. Usage? High could be a positive or negative. What does the on / off data suggest? Blocks? Opponent FG % while on and on/off. Offensive rebounding? Everything matters but what stats matter more? Could look at the regression data for BPM and DRE. What gets more credit globbed on to it than expected? What non box score behaviors do players high on these stats also generally exhibit? Hockey assists? Pick setting? Help D? Saved balls? Clutch fg%? Steal "assists" (in some fashion, immediately or even a second or two before? Box-outs? Shooting / scoring threat & distraction value? Good scouting could go where RPM hasn't yet (to we know of)... but should. To help scouting or to help reinforce or contest scouting advice. Or one could pay attention to NBA RPM of players judge most similar by stats, box score metrics and scouts. Has any analytic community draft model done any of this?
