Diminishing Impact of Coaches?

i think coaches are the important person during the game because their the one to heightened the excitement of the players during the game and regroup players who are in confused state while playing..so I guess it is just appropriate to call the attention of the players.however, screaming is not appropriate because it only shows that they lost their trust to the players capability.. .

well....just an opinion..
