You may want to check the Basketball Analytics Summit at UNC - Chapel Hill. It is not, as the name might suggest, an analytics only conference, but it is focused solely on basketball. As this year's conference starts tomorrow I doubt this will be helpful to anyone, unless you live in the Raleigh-Durham area, but it's worth noting for next year. This is only the second year it is running and it's already expanded greatly and attracted a nice panel of speakers.

Did you go? If so, what was the highlight substance and what in your opinion was desirable / undesirable about the formatting and staging? What niche remains under or unserved?
