I don't expect Blazers to make playoffs next season and don't think it will be close. Need to see some new positive development to change thinking.

Can Clippers sign n trade Harrell for something worthwhile? They should definitely try.

Is seems pretty safe to say the East's 3 best teams next season are likely Bucks, Heat, Celtics.
In West, Lakers and ...? Seems less clear to me, but I'll chew on it more.
Raptors, Nets, Sixers... probably round out top 6 and maybe one enters top 3. I lean against though.
Nuggets, Jazz, Warriors, Clippers, Rockets... I see pros and cons for greatness but they all probably are expected to make top 6. They all may personally think higher than that, but some will achieve more and some won't.
