15 of top 20 improvements in west.
10 of 15 biggest declines in east.

And 3 of top 10 with OKC; 3 of bottom 7 in Atl!
Lillard went from career lows last year to near career best this season. A Davis and Randle similarly bounced back.
Relative to previous career norms would be a better comparison; but it's more work

Lillard, career bests on ts%, ft rate, 3pt rate. Career low on % shots at rim.
His "request" and Blazers actions don't line up. The Hart and Payton trades push it beyond reconciliation imo. I dunno if they trade (better for expected sale with or without?); but if they're going to, this summer makes sense to me.
I would not give Grant a long extension at $30+ mil / yr; and if they don't, Lillard should ask out to be consistent with his talk... or maybe shut that talk up.
