Hey Ray. Mind if I ask what you are using the "join our user base" pop-up for? The way it scrolls with you and comes back even after you click it off is a bit of a hassle, imo.

Not a big deal, if you didn't request it. Might be a question for your website consultant, software provider or hosting service. It is probably part of linking to Facebook and Google. It says turning on social when the pop up loads. Maybe it can be turned off if it isn't being used. Might be making site reads shorter or less repeat if others mind it and partly for that reason I mentioned it. But, again, not a huge matter if it is not an easy thing to understand / change. I don't know the tech answer.
