Things Charlotte could have done better 2011-2018:
Release Silas a year earlier
Get somebody better than Dunlap
Draft Kawhi, Butler or Irving over Walker
Draft Lillard, Middleton,
Giannis, Gobert, Jokic, Mitchell, Allen, Booker, Hartenstein, Markkanen, Capela and K Anderson over their actual choices
Trade for a better #1 and / or a
better #2 and / or a better #3
Do the Kaminsky trade
Let go of Clifford sooner after they peaked. 2 straight -6 actual wins vs expected after that.
Value offensive rebounding
Spend more, though at least 4 eastern teams did well / better without Tier 1 spending
Quicker transition to Moreyball, though they got there at peak.
