I would:

Get a new vet Coach with a good track record who believes in greater lineup concentration or will accept a mandate to practice such.

No lineup used over 72 minutes and 619 total is just totally unacceptable, to me.

Trade George if you can. For multiple pieces.

Fix Embid or trade or medically retire.

Keep one of Maxey and Grimes. Look to sign n trade Grimes or trade Maxey for preferably several players including most importantly a starting forward.

Give McCain big minutes.

Tell Oubre you intend to trade him if he takes his contract option.

Do what it takes to retain Yabusele.

Let Lowry go.

Hope Drummond moves on his own but weigh whether to retain if he takes option.

Do not retain Hood-Scifino.

Dowtin, depends on other actions and price.

Retain Butler.

Do not retain Walker.

Gordon depends on other actions but probably would try to trade later if he picks up option.

Not wedded to Bona or Council or Edwards but probably retain unless something clearly better is available. Probably retain Reese.

Add to / improve front office staff involved with lineup management and drafting.

Draft strategy should probably be swing for fences over picking up bench parts, if you see such an option. Focus on forwards. Likely Murray Boyles if retain high pick and available. Toppin, Lendeborg and Kaufman-Renn as main alternatives. If all they have is the 2nd rounder it could be lots of guys depending who remains available but should still be a forward.

I guess I forgot to explicit list tanking to retain top draft pick or didn't think it necessary.

Brissett and Okeke are decent choices to give another look. Both are looking good on ts%. A/TOs are horrendous and awful. Same for defensive rebounding. But see where they are at end of season. Reese looks pretty good in most ways but also has weak A/TO. Teammates, system,, coaching implicated. Sixers 29th on assists, 24th on turnovers.



Just 2 of 12 most used lineups positive. 19 of 20 most used pairs negative with the positive at +0.1. Poor results with lineup selectivity, starts with issues with roster selectivity. 14 guys better than -2 BPM, 12 worse.

Justin Edwards. Some ok stats but doesnt pass much and rarely gets to FT line. Leads to a nearly -4 BPM. Awful raw on / off. 40 minutes last night. -20 on court. 8 straight negative +/-s, 5 really bad. Weak overall on offense and defense in G league but elevated. Outside shot was decent but not alot else. Very weak as a freshman on a disappointing team. But I hear he was hot in high school.

Not that much to back that up since, but check back later I guess. March was weakest month yet on offense, defense, ts%, 3pt fg%, assists, rebounds...

Edgecombe and Broome are good picks.

Will be interested in how much (if at all) Broome plays power forward.

DraftKings expecting Sixers to be a 8th seed. If they are, will that be enough to defer major changes? Plenty of past talk about failure to get past 2nd round. Not impossible but doesn't seem like a good guess to make 2nd round. Missed games from injuries is obviously a major variable.
