Do loose ball fouls count against team fouls?
Do offensive fouls count against team fouls?
If one team is over the foul limit and one of its players commits an offensive foul, the opposing team doesn't get free throws, do they?

According to rules:
1. Yes.
2. No.
3. Obviously no free throws are given out, because no team foul is charged in case of an offensive foul.

A good starting point is:
http://www.nba.com/analysis/rules_index.html
And the fouls are explained here:
http://www.nba.com/analysis/rules_12.ht ... rticleList
Offensive Fouls, for example:
Section VII--Offensive Fouls
A personal foul assessed against an offensive player which is neither an elbow, punching or flagrant foul shall be penalized in the following manner:
(1) No points can be scored by the offensive team
(2) The offending player is charged with a personal foul
(3) The offending team is not charged with a team foul
EXCEPTION: Rule 3--Section I--a. No penalty free throws are awarded.
(4) The ball is awarded to the offended team out-of-bounds on the sideline at the nearest spot where play was interrupted but no nearer the baseline than the free throw line extended

In the NCAA though, "player control fouls" (which AFAICT are the same as offensive fouls in the NBA) do count as team fouls, yes? Not sure if they count as team fouls in FIBA games.
