Does anybody know where I can find Drtg and Ortg numbers for players on and off the court?
Ex: Like Marc Gasol missed about 23 games for the 2014 season and I want to find Grizzlies team Drtg during that span with him off the court?
any help is appreciated

It really all depends on what you're looking for.
If all you want is a simple on/off comparison, you can links to those on any player's page at basketball-reference. For instance, here is the 2014 on/off page for Marc Gasol (though I think it only includes games that he played in):
http://www.basketball-reference.com/pla ... -off/2014/
If you want a higher level of specificity when it comes to what games you look at, the filters on nba.com's stats pages can come in handy. Here's a look at the some league-wide stats during the time period mentioned (you can also do the same sort of thing on individual player pages):

If you want to get really specific, nbawowy will let you look at pretty much any sort of date-on/off combination.

Gasol was healthy in the first 12 games:
http://www.basketball-reference.com/pla ... elog/2014/
In those 12 games, the Grizz had ORtg = 103.9 and DRtg = 105.1
In the 23 games he missed, the team had ORtg = 109.3 and DRtg = 109.5
http://www.basketball-reference.com/tea ... 4/gamelog/
[To get these summaries, switch to
Advanced; click on the start line and the finish line representing each game. But not on a
link in the line.]
Neither of these includes game 13, in which Gasol played ~10 minutes -- a 16-point loss to the Spurs.
After Gasol's return, 46 games, Mem had ORtg = 107.0 and DRtg = 103.1
Clearly they missed his defense, to the tune of some 5 to 6 ppg. His offense, not so much.
But then, others were in and out of the lineup -- Conley missed 9 games, Tony Allen 27, Bayless traded for Lee in midseason...

Try it and enjoy Evan's contribution to the whole NBA community.
But keep in mind, those numbers aren't adjusted for opponents offensive strength; it might be the case that the Grizzlies faced better or worse opponents during those missed games, as well as Gasol played in average against the better offensive players (which is very likely true, given that he was a starter on a team having to play against above average offensive teams in average).
