Has anyone worked with Men's College Basketball data to produce on-court/off-court splits of D1 college basketball players? Looking for some help finding that information. Looking for a Roland Rating that is similar to this:

I don't follow college ball except for draft scouting but I am not aware of any and find it pretty surprising. My first thoughts were perhaps kenpom or draftexpress have it. Draftexpress doesn't and from the outside the subscription wall I don't think kenpom does either. Saw a 5-6 year old post where Ken Pom made a broad critique of plus-minus. Sure it is not definitive and can mislead but ignoring it can miss a potentially useful clue when used with everything everything else. Almost everything else can be affected by context issues too (open shots, steals, rebounds because of teammate drives, defensive pressure, blockouts, etc.), yet the critics of that plus minus context data / clue go ahead and use everything else without equal concern.
