There seem to be intermittent email system problems with this forum.

I dunno if anything can be done about it, but lately when I try to post it frequently seems to fail to go thru after I submit. I.e. it fails to go from summit to displaying the submission to me. If you resubmit you get duplicate posts because the system has it, it just didnt immediately display to me. It is happening to other folks too. I delete the duplicates when I see them later, when back out at forum level.

When that happens, it seems your post has in fact posted.
I just hit my apbrM shortcut button, get back to the forum, and see that my post is where it should be.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. It appears something is down with the registration email system again; I will talk to the server administrator.

It appears that the last few months of activation emails weren't sent. I will activate users who are in the queue that appear legitimate.
