CraftedNBA has put together a 2019 NBA Free Agency Guide

The first link will take you to the Players section, where we have each players CraftedPM (an aggregate metric which uses BPM, RPM, PIPM and CARMELO as inputs - more detailed info can be found on the site) as well as a guide to what a player is worth per season over the next 3 seasons (about how much should i want my team to pay said player).

Take a look around and let me know if you have any comments, questions, feature requests.

This is great for those of us who are NBA general managers.

"Fair salary" might be $8-12 million for a lot of guys by this guide, but I assume many will get less because the available money runs out too quick and teams split the MLE.

Is someone going to be unwise and give Harrison Barnes $20 plus million per season, again?

Who gets Khem Birch and for how much?

Huge deal for Middleton. 55th best on RPM estimate. (Willie Cauley Stein 61st on RPM, still has not got a contract). Ben Simmons, 63rd; let's max him. T Harris, 68th; near max. D Russell, 76th. J Murray, 93rd. Maxxing these guys, are either a bet they will improve some or a lot, or not particularly caring what RPM estimates are.

Oh, WCS to GSW in the last few minutes, while I was typing here.

Looney's RPM last season was way better than those guys I listed above. Lota of teams who probably should have tried harder on him to get him to sign a formal offer sheet, though he probably was not very inclined to move.

Best RPM among remaining free agents besides Green and Leonard? Cousins. Then it appears to be guys 80th and below.
