No one mentioned Sixers or Rockets as most likely to win title. Sixers may not be "most likely" but they probably have 3rd or 4th best chance.
Clippers as clear favorite? I wouldn't make them clear favorite.
Brad Stevens goes from getting most support as best Head Coach last year to getting no votes for such this time.
The "breakout" player list seems weak to me. First two names are ok but more likely not to be big change than big change. Next names are unconvincing picks. Siakam and D Murray deserved to be higher. Several rookies may have biggest breakout, though they may not have been considered for this. Some names probably considered already broken out that I wouldn't count as broke out. No mention of Looney, who already broke out (on RPM) or probably will / "should" in mainstream recognition. Perhaps Mitchell Robinson. Kleber has tough conditions but deserves watching. Maybe Derrick White. B Forbes. Poetl. Bamba. R Williams.
Conley and Bogdanovic as most under-rated acquitions? I think they are more likely to be most-over-rated than most under-rated. Probably somewhere in between.
Clippers clear favorite to win title but only 10% have them as most improved, barely ahead of Hawks? That is inconsistent answering to me.
The GMs who voted for Garland for Rookie of Year and Cam Reddish for best player in 5 years are imo insane.
Hawks have 3rd best young core? I strongly disagree. Age for youth not defined but Spurs and Pacers deserved votes or even top 5. Hawks unlikely to actually be top 5 and maybe around 8th or even not top 10.
