*Utica began the season as Utica-Herkimer but dropped Herkimer from the team name on 10Dec11. **On 21Jan12 the Schenectady franchise was sold to Cohoes who then assumed Schenectady's record. The original Cohoes franchise was then sold to Kingston who was arbitrarily assigned a record of 16-16. ***The final standings show more games won than lost as a result of the 21Jan12 transactions.
