The 2nd (right) set of columns is a lot more consistent, relative to BPM.

Some notable anomalies: -- GS and Hou scored the same number of points; yet both PER and WS give substantially more credit to the Rockets, while BPM favors the Dubs.

Interesting observation. Top 'risers' among centers were Horford at +.15 and Naz Reid +.10
My first instinct was to suppose they played more than optimal minutes in the playoffs. But overall, that is not borne out.

Total minutes by those listed as C actually dropped a bit in playoffs. Aging may have been a factor among guards.
It seems this postseason had more than normal quality C and especially in later rounds:
4 teams had to go against blocks leader Myles Turner (plus some hackers); also against Holmgren-Hartenstein.
3 teams' C went up against Gobert-Reid or vs Towns-Robinson. Reid and Towns are not defensive beasts, but their offense can wear you down and draw fouls.

2 teams had Horford-Porzingis-Kornet -Queta, J Allen-Mobley, or the Joker to deal with.
1st round losers -- about half had no substantial force in the middle -- Mil, Orl, LAL, Mem;
or no substantial backup C: Mia, Det, LAC. The Houston frontcourt didn't lose it to the Dubs.
