From a Spurs Homerism view, the Spurs look good with an actual Centre (Duncan or Splitter) and a floor spacing big(Bonner or Diaw). The other combinations don't work as well, so Blair/Splitter, Blair/Bonner and to a lesser extent, Splitter/Duncan don't work.

With Danny Green, while he's been excellent, playing him more means playing Manu less(As they are both viewed as SG's by Pop), which isn't great, though he should play at SG before Neal.

If I could, I'd trade some combination of Neal(Can play De Colo, Mills as backup PG, removing him and replacing his SG minutes with Green should help), Blair(Play Bonner/Diaw more), Jackson(Big EC, play Leonard/Green more) and Splitter(Trade Asset who I doubt they'll sign to a big contract) to get a defensive Centre/PF that can play in the postseason with Duncan.

I'd be shopping Blair, Neal and Green for more physically impressive players, even if they're raw. I think they need one more athlete. For example I would call up Charlotte and see if there's any interest in something like Blair for Gerald Henderson. I'd also watch a few games of Tyrus Thomas early in the season to see if he's in reasonable game shape enough to think about it. Yes... I said Tyrus Thomas. If the Spurs could somehow harness his shotblocking/athleticism for 10-15mpg, it'd fill a bigger hole than Captain Jack would (assuming Jax's contract would go the other way)

Keep Jackson on the bench, especially in the post season, he's considerably worse than Leonard.
Using Green to replace Neal on the bench, with Green as first change for Ginobili. I'd play Manu and Green half and half in the regular season, then push Ginobili to 35 minutes+ in the post season.
Blair is a good replacement for Duncan, I'd look to keep him playing regularly in the regular season.
Mills on the bench for Parker, playing Parker at least two thirds of the time in the regular season and almost all game in the post season.
Stick Splitter in at C and let Diaw sit on the bench, playing half and half in the regular season and mostly splitter in the post season.

Keep Jackson on the bench, especially in the post season...
He was pretty good in the playoffs last year -- especially in those games they lost.
Rather than keeping someone on the bench, why not trade him?

Variance, a small sample of post-season games is more or less meaningless as far as I'm concerned. As for trading him: He's a decent backup at SF, where the Spurs lack depth. I'd trade him for a similarly capable SF on a cheaper contract if possible, but Jackson isn't horribly expensive, just a bit overpaid.

Needs more Bonner. Best-coached team maybe, but as far as I can tell they have the worst-allocated minutes.

That would seem to be a contradiction.
Isn't the coach's primary function to allocate minutes?

Even if the Spurs had bad minute allocation (they don't in the regular season, they use their depth well), they would still pale in comparison to Karl's minute allocation at Denver. I feel that if he continues to allocate as he did last night this season then a potential contender becomes another mid-forty-win team. Last night Karl played Faried for just 17 minutes? Seriously?,

Get mills more mintues at backup pg. Neal has been awful at handling the ball and getting the rock across halfcourt

Happened to stumble on this. Spurs essentially did the 5 most popular suggestions mentioned eventually (let Blair go).
