We have been having problems with the Forum Software not sending activation emails. While Dean Lavergne works on the solution (He runs the APBR.org server--thanks, Dean!), here is a workaround:
1. Register like normal.
2. When you have registered and are awaiting the activation email, send me an email at DSMok1 at hotmail.
3. I will manually activate your account.
I have activated everyone who had registered while the forum has been having problems and were stuck in limbo. Well over 100 new registrations. (If there was an obvious duplicate from someone trying again, I deleted the second account.)
New User Registration Problems
Re: STICKY -- New User Registration Problems
Thanks for the efforts to provide access.
In terms of posting, the last 60 members to join since June 4 have a total of 35 posts from 13 of them. People can and will do what they want but I hope they are not intimidated to post if they want to post. I'd hope at least some folks make some efforts to encourage and assist new members when they do get involved.

Re: STICKY -- New User Registration Problems
If anyone is wondering, yes, this is still an issue, and I'm still activating new users manually every week or two or as soon as someone emails me.
Re: STICKY -- New User Registration Problems
89 new members this year. Four with 5 or more posts.
Re: STICKY -- New User Registration Problems
It appears that this User Registration problem has now been fixed! Finally!
