Saw some articles talking about what the Grizzlies should do.

Imo they should resolve ownership issue then trade / dump almost every player. Probably should change some or a lot of front office. And certainly change coach. Either hire a top international or NCAA coach and / or hire a coach who agrees to take HEAVY direction / orders from a top flight GM / analytic staff.

Re advice on players... what I said wasn't hyperbole. Though it is a fast opinion, I don't think it is rash. Maybe keep Davis. Maybe Conley if he going to get healthy and / or you realize he likely be a negative trade asset, probably very negative or untradeable. Gasol? Only keep if it sells a lot of tickets or provides cover. Want to win? Trade him as soon as possible and go with new design. Waiving Wright makes little sense unless they are committed to a total rebuild. If instead they plan to retain Gasol, they will wallow anyways.

They need more 3 point shooting, rebounding post Zach and probably less fouling. If they are going to keep fouling they need to show better on the other defensive factors.

They most likely waited too long. Pulling the ripcord after last season would've been good timing.
