Is there any open source RAPM code?

I'm a few years behind many of you in terms of coding knowledge; I'm still trying to calculate RAPM on my own. I was using https://gitlab.com/basketball-analytics/rapm-model but it appears the NBA stats site is not connecting properly (as mentioned a few posts down).

I'd love to learn/see the entire process of calculating RAPM. I could/would not do anything revolutionary with it, but it'd be nice to be able to calculate it myself.

I think that’s the same project I linked. I’ve run that through 2014-2018 but 2019 returns an error due to a connection issue with stats.nba.com, which I assumed was the same thing pointed out a few posts below this one.
