Been recently pondering into if there are any international scouting jobs available.

Anyone have any ideas?

I am not immediately aware of any such / for sure openings. If I run across something, I might reply further.

You best bets are to initiate talk directly with the 50 - 100 well known people that have "jobs" in their organization might have openings or might be talked into considering creating an opening of some kind. Can reach out
via Twitter private messaging or standard direct team / agency / media email or site contacts.

I say agency because several draft twitter people have gotten jobs recently with player representation agencies. I don't know their scope of work, but could involve or even mainly involve efforts trying to gain their representation rights beyond evaluating potential or marketing that potential in various ways including directly with teams.

Media, you might see if there is any more room for writers of scouting reports with Draft Digest (affiliated with Sports Illustrated). Talk to @CrainNBA on twitter. They have an internationally focused writer but may be they will piece it out to more than one person. If you haven't already communicated with that group.

Or No Ceilings.

It depends what exactly you want or will accept. I assume you know the landscape well enough.

Asking here is a long shot but maybe a lurking insider will see it and possibly respond (probably privately if at all).

Another possibility is to try to talk way into formally offering D1 (or even D2) recruiting advice to a college and maybe making it a paying or better paying job with time or just using it as a resume builder for pursuing other client relationships later. There are some recruiting jobs here: https://www.ziprecruiter.com/Jobs/Basketball-Scout
Perhaps you could convince them to give a slice of time / money to
the international market and /or help them evaluating US players too or instead until they fill the position locally.
