Kerr up to 445 lineups, most in league. Not working above meh.

Chosen starting unit still clearly worse than next 4 and 8 others in 20 most used.

Porzingis BPM more than cut in half from Atlanta run ainly because TO rate has almost doubled.

Play-in with or without Curry?

Off-season needs a strategy beyond just getting healthy.

Regular season ends up at 980 lineups used. Most in league and most I've seen.

39% positive. 1 lineup used over 65 minutes- 125 minutes at -7.3 ots / 100p. About 80% of lineups used 5 minutes or less for season.

199 pairs. 4 of 7 most used negative. About 40% positive.

3 of 6 most used trios positive.

Actual wins - expected, -3 this season. -1.5 on average for last 4 seasons.

2 playoff series won in last 3 seasons. And this time?

My take on Warriors reset:

Let Kerr go. Probably hire the best assistant coach under 45.

Trade Green or let him walk. 25% turnover and negative BPM is too much to continue.
Darko and TimeDecay RAPM are neutral but that isn't good value and they need a new design.

Trade Podziemski for a front court player. Possibly trade another guard for front court player. Reduce small ball.

Trade Butler if possible, if not returned in form by the deadline.

Only re-sign Porzingis for pretty cheap. Explore sign n trades.

Draft Lendeborg, Mara or Graves.

Consider Braden Smith in 2nd round. Get Momcilovic if you can, by trade up if necessary.

Double or triple the size of analytics department if going to give real influence, especially on lineup management. New Coach must agree to get the job.

Use the exceptions.

Aim for top 5 on offense, top 10 on defense.

1-2 year extension offer to Curry at a substantial pay cut. Or ride it out or possible trade if unable to agree.

Leonard? Consider but has to be a reasonable deal. James? For modest money, ok.

Consider more changes at trade deadline or next summer, if not top 6 seed.
