Question About RAPM Inputs

Someone on a team centric blog pointed out something about J.E.'s site that I cannot explain. What do the "Off. On" and "Def. On" numbers in the team pages refer to? They do not seem to correspond to the on/off ORtg numbers at either NBA.com or B-R.com, so what are they?

I'm just showing the ON but not the OFF. These numbers should be close to those bbr has, but minor differences can definitely exist due to the fact that bbr and I aren't using the same PBP parser
