"Back in 1986-87 I introduced basketball analytics to the NBA with a video/computer system in which we used an Apple IIGS to do the number crunching. We did three game analyses for the Chicago Bulls, Golden State Warriors and Phoenix Suns to show them what was possible. Jerry Krause was willing to pay half of what we asked so we passed on the Bulls. George Karl wanted the data but he couldn’t convince his owners to invest in the idea.
But we were able to convince John McLeod and Jerry Colangelo of the Suns to give it a try. We did 20 games for the Suns that season but the stint ended when John McLeod was let go because of the drug scandal on the Suns. For personal reasons my partner, Ian Hadley, and I gave up on the project in addition to the fact that the NBA as a whole was not yet ready for advanced statistical analysis.
Last year I had a little time on my hands while recovering from rotator cuff surgery. So I decided to recreate and improve my old software on a Windows platform. I used the only two modern computer languages that I know, HTML and Javascript. You can learn more about the work in progress on my website at http://www.jam23.net/bbstatshome.htm.
Testing a revision of my data entry program, I recently entered the data and ran my current collection of reports for the 2013 NCAA Championship game between Louisville and Michigan. The reports can be viewed at http://www.jam23.net/ncaachamp2013.htm. A narrative interpretation of the numbers entitled, Number One Numbers: Statistical Insights Into the 2013 NCAA Championship Game, can be viewed at http://www.jam23.net/NumberOneNumbers.pdf. My reports yield primary data. I am not a statistician by trade, only a former coach and fan so my data is simple. I see the word regression tossed around a lot on this website and that’s over my head. At sixty years old the only regression I’m aware of is that my vertical jump has gone from 34 inches to 17.
Anyway, I thought folks on this website might be interested in the article and the data reports I’ve constructed. You might even wish to view my data entry window at http://www.jam23.net/dataentry.html. (I usually reduce the zoom to about 82% on my monitor to make the window fit well.) It’s still a work in progress but I’m now a retired school teacher and I have a little more time to work on my software. Perhaps I will even have some time to pick up a college text on statistics. Enjoy!"

Looks like your system has a nice amount of summary and detail.
