Nets lineup management last season had issues and some strength.
609 lineups used was typical chaos. Injuries may explain / excuse to an extent but not fully to me. No sign of concentration intent. No lineup over 3 minutes per game and just one close to that. Only 2 more around 1 minute per game. 5 most used lineups got just 13% of total minutes.
44% cumulatively positive was very good. But top lineup was a meh +2 / 48 minutes and 5 of 10 most used were negative.
Durant pairs and lineups were often great on average. Most used Harden and Irving pairs were generally just good, only occasionally great but often meh. Without Durant, they were mild positive on average. 5 man lineups without Durant were often meh or even horrible, though some were fine. Really none had significant test, so can't really say what to expect.
Lineup management next season will need to find the right rotation, keep stars healthy and keep bench ready and not too pissed off.
They should find lineups to concentrate on. Know their options some but main lineups are more important. What will be the minute size of the most used lineups? If anywhere close to last season, it will be a massive mismanagement imo.
3rd and 4th stringers might help at times, but generally not much or at all in playoffs.
Things worked well enough in 1st round but multiple issues were too much against Bucks in second round.
